    Could someone please help me to unlock the following phone.

    Make/model phone: Nokia 3220
    IMEI: 356660009009466
    Country the phone is locked in: USA
    Provider the phone is locked to: T-mobile

    Yes. It's the sim I got with the phone.
    (I am using the sim with a different phone...)
