I have tried numerous codes and I still get message "phone restriction on". I have tried putting my sim card in and then entering the code and it that doesn't work. I do not have the original sim card. Is it hard locked? Or do I need the right code? Nokia model 6101b imei: 358823002702614 locked to T-Mobile USA thanks for any help provided

I press the last pound and the phone beeps and give the message "phone restriction on" then goes back to the insert sim card message. any ideas?
bummer it didn't work. I guess I will try and see if anyone can unlock it with a cable here in town. Any recommendations?
