hi, didn't work. nothing at all with sim out and error code "wrong code" with sim in. thanks for your help.

2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

 

it's now saying "cannot undo restriction" phone restricted!
