Unlock a nokia 6030 from t-mobile?

    Gday, I'm in the states on exchange and I bought a Pre-paid nokia 6030 from T-mobile. I've changed my number over to cingular, but now t-mobile wont give me the unlock code.

    Can anyone help?

    It said cannot unrestrict phone, phone locked.

    If that means what I think that means, is there anyway to fix it?
