Cingular USA is issuing new 3G SIM chips. When I tried to install the chip and energize my Nokia 6230b phone, you guessed it, “Phone restricted”. 6230b Cingular USA, IMEI: 355032/00/050920/2 Type: RH-28. Any unlocking code help would be greatly appreciated!! Does anyone out there have the decoder ring for generating the unlock codes?? Is there an algorithm or macro available?? BTW, the same 3G SIM that creates the “Phone restricted” condition on the 6230b works just fine in my 3120b Type: RH-50. Go figure!! Thanks for you time, A-Lo

charles01: Thanks so much for the codes, the first code you suggested worked. You are awesome!! Looks like Wfarri67 has encountered the same issue as I.
