    Please confirm:
You got the phone from TSTT?
    How old is the phone.
Most important: What codes have you entered?

Well, the first code should have worked.

    [bold]Quote:[/bold]model 3120
    IMEI # 356245/00/253994/9
    network:TSTT
    Trinidad

    ( ) Remove sim first.

    Your code:Try this [bold]once and once only.[/bold]

    #pw+388226205635573+5#

    To enter code:
    Make sure battery is charged.
    Power on.
    Ignore “Insert SIM”

    Press the # key.
then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +
    Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \
Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT
    Press * 2 times quickly for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.

    IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only have about two seconds.

    "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. [bold]STOP[/bold] tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked.
Used up all your free tries!!

Hi JG.....I feel foolish now cause when I put in the Digicel sim it worked telling me that the phone was not locked in the first place......but I am supprised cause I brought the phone from TSTT in Dec. and they were locking the handsets to their system....sorry ...but I want to thank you guys for the effort.....thanks again...

No, don't feel that way. I've seen it with that phone before. It will continue to show code error when it's unlocked.
You see, the first code was correct if it was locked. That was the clue.
    Thanks for letting us know.
