Don't take any chances for third attempt,It may hard lock your Phone. I suggest you take it to your service provider to unlocking, they will do it for you, I asked them to unlock "Motorola A1000" in U.K. this summer, they gladly did it with no charge! They may charge you, it's actually all up to them.
