Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I ended up going to this link that I found on your website: http://www.lur.nu/unlock/how_to_enter_codes.php and used the code generator. I turned on the phone without the sim like it tells you to and tried a few of the codes but didn't get any kind of response from my phone. The next day I tried someone else's sim in my phone and the phone asked for a restriction code. Went back to that link and noticed that it tells you to use code 5 for T-Mobile and my phone, so tried that and it worked! But it didn't work until I had inserted another sim. I want to use the phone in Greece and the UK. Thanks!
