    This is the dead on correct code for your phone but if you see (CAN NOT UNDO RESTRICTIONS), it's hardlocked.

    thank you so much. fortunately, i plugged it in and then it said phone restrictions off...but then when i put back in my sim card, it says sim card rejected. what do i do?

    What type of sim are you trying to use? What's the name of the network and what country?
