unlock code for Nokia 6230i on o2

    Does anyone have an unlock code for a Nokia 6230i which is currently simlocked to the o2 network here in the UK?

    My IMEI is: 357066006076467

    I tried a free online code generator, which claimed to be specifically for the 6230, but the first attempt didn't work - so I didn't want to try too many times and lock it permanently.

    Remove SIM CARD !
    Type #
    Then press the * key 3times (you should get a "p")
    Then press the * key 4times (you should get a "w")
    Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
    Then enter: 108524026722767
    Then press the * key 2times(you should get a "+")
    Then enter: 7
    Enter: #

    I have just followed your instructions then inserted a Orange - UK SIM and it works great.
