    Raz,
What Network do you want to use it on?
I am not sure it will work in Nepal.
I do not have the Network codes for all the Networks in Napal.

    Hi Raz,
My information is that NTC is 900.

Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .

    Nokia:6010
    IMEI:010419000845412
    Network:T-Mobile
    Country:USA

    [bold]Is this correct?[/bold]

If you know the risks, try this [bold]ONCE and ONLY ONCE[/bold] and let us know if it works. You have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

    #pw+949232571704431+7#

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
    Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
    Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---

    [bold]IMPORTANT!![/bold]
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.

[bold]Note:If nothing happens.[/bold] Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.

    "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.[bold]STOP[/bold] tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!

[bold]DO let us know if this works.[/bold]
Help us provide a better service.

Sorry to jump in but I agree with JG. The information I have is that Nepal telicommunication Network only runs at 900. the 6010 only works on 850/1900mhz

    vindyad,
I believe the 6270 is a Quadband phone.

    Operating Frequency
Quadband phone offers global coverage where GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800, GSM 1900 networks are supported
    Automatic switching between bands

It should work anywhere in the world
