unlock for nokia 6103b

    i am sorry to post this again, just curious if i did something wrong in mmy posting. seems everyone else is getting help but me. and i posted hours ago.

    i get "cannot undo restriction" so i must have hardlocked it.

    Your welcome :)

    I'm affraid you are correct the mobile is hardlocked, you will have to take it to a shop that offers a direct unlocking service.
