unlock iphone 5s ios 8.1 how to?

Hi,

Can anyone that software unlocked their iphone 5s IOS 8.1, please tell me how to do it?
IOS version: 8.1 (12B411) (I've jailbroken it using Pangu8_v1.2.1.exe)
The iphone is locked on the carrier AT&T 18.0.
I want to use it with T-mobile carrier SIM in Republic of Macedonia (Balkans).

Additional data:
Capacity:16GB
Model:ME305LL/A
Modem Firmware: 3.11.00

I've read bunch of posts about unlocking, but some of them are not for the iphone version I have:
