unlock motorola razor v3

i just bought a motorola razor from a friend who hade cingler and ihave suncom i need to know how to unlock it i have the ims# its 358002008729653 thanx

These phones cannot be unlocked remotely like the NOKIA phones. You have two ways to unlock the phone:
