unlock my nokia 1600 PLEASE!!!

    hey i have a Nokia 1600, on the T Mobile network here in the UK, i have been trying to unlock it to O2, with absolutely no success, please can someone help me. My IMEI is: 356637/00/577931/8

    any help would be much appreciated

    p.s. is it possible to unlock it to any network rather than just O2, if not i need it to work on both T Mobile AND O2
