Yhe phone can only be unlocked by your service provider if you have a good enough excuse to have it unlocked. It's a BB5 type model and there is noone at all on the internet that can unlock this phone. Only one man can do it and he won't do it. His name is Dejan but he will not unlock the phones for anyone.
