thanks for your help, but i think i fussed with it too much, because i typed in so many codes, now when i enter your code, it sais cannot undo restriction. but also sometimes it just sais, code error.
does this mean its "hard locked"?

No mate, it just means that your mobile is locked to the T-mobile network.

You can still unlock your mobile just take it to your local cell shop and ask if they offer a direct unlocking service.
