I did buy a few days ago a X660 (used), and would like to have it sim-lock free. On this site i saw this solution: put a non-accepted sim card, turn the phone on, and when you receive the message "insert correct card" or something like this, press: *#9998*3323# press "exit" and a menu will appear choose the 7th option from this menu wait until the phone reboots (it may take a while), don't worry if you will see some weird things on the screen. you will need to do that each time you put in the phone a non-accepted sim card. After reboot: type *0141#, then push the call button. Switch off, put another card inside, give the code 00000000 (8x0) I did all this.... and it worked!! Then i put another card inside, and give the pin code, and after the ok button the phone say: SIM vergrendeling (SIMlock) I give the correct code (the 00000000) but nothing happens, it keeps asking for the code. any other code is incorrect, exept the 8 x 0. But nothing happens after that. Who can help me with this?
