Thanks for the reply! I haven't yet put it any codes so I have a few tries. When I turn my phone on without the SIM, it just says "insert SIM" rather than asking for a code. If I put in the non-accepted SIM, it just says "SIM not valid", but can't seem to put in code. Do you know what I can do?

Hi, Your mobile wont ask for a code.when you boot up your mobile when it comes up with insert sim just put in the code above with the instructions given, and all will be fine.
