    Just a guess!!

I never heard of unlocking a Net 10. My guess is that like TracFone, It would be a waste of time.
Like unlocking Tracfones, it will do you no good. You will not be able to use another carrier's SIM card in the phone. The best way is to get it reflashed/unlocked (Re-programed) so that you can use the T-Mobile or Cingular SIM cards in them. Once you get them reflashed, you will NOT be able to use the Tracfone SIM card in it.
    Fix it here:

I have no financial affiliation with the above Site. I only believe they can answer your questions.

Yeah its a prepaid phone, sorry for not mentioning that. I would like to use it for my cingular sim car. I am giving up on buying expensive phones since they dont last me, last one was a SLVR got driven over. Not a pretty site at all. If there is a unlock code I can try or a program I can use to do so, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks guys

Does your phone have a time tank? If it does when / if you do unlock your mobile you will have to flash it.

Tracfone's has built in software that keeps up with what they call "units" and they call this the time tank.

Example: OK, lets say I have a Tracfone
    I get the tracfone unlocked
it has 10 units remaining in the tank
I get a T-Mobile sim with 30 minutes on it
only 10 of the minutes will work and then the phone will shut down
I would then have to purchase more air time through tracfone for the T-Mobile minutes to work

ok makes sense now, thanks for explaining. To get it reflashed whats the procedure for me to do it myself without having to send it out.

To get the mobile flashed you will have to take / send it to a professioanl. If you were to do it yourself it would cost as much as a new mobile.
