    Could someone please provide me with the unlocking code for a Nokia 1600 phone?

    The IMEI is 352295019310556 and the phone is locked to Virgin, UK.

    I typed in the key and got Not Allowed. Does that mean I will need an hardware unlock as the software unlock doesn't work?

    If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed

    If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.
