    I have the same problem. However, I just used Crux unlocker codes to try and unlock. I tried with the SIM card in place though. Got 'code' error' after trying the first 2 strings. What next?
    The codes I tried were:-
    #pw+883051017122253+1# and
    #pw+016853042420152+2#
