    Please provide the carrier the phone is locked to and the country of the carrier you are in...

    1. Remove SIM CARD !
    2. Type #
    3. Then press the * key 3times (you should get a "p")
    4. Then press the * key 4times (you should get a "w")
    5. Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
    6. Then enter: 012323137005531
    7. Then press the * key 2times(you should get a "+")
    8. Then enter: 7
    9. Enter: #
