Unlock Nokia 3120b RH-50

    Please, I need your help.
    The phone came from USA and it has a CINGULAR SIM card in.
    When I try to insert my SIM card and switch the phone on, a message
    appears on display "Phone restricted" and then "Enter restriction code".
