unlock nokia 5070

    I received a nokia 5070 as a present,and am giving it to my grandpa but its locked. I put in the sim and it says "phone restricted"

    The phone is in Malta-Europe

    the IMEI no is 354824011908758

    Please help me!

    I entered it twice and it told me cannot undo restriction.

    Do you think it has been sealed from the provider or something?
