Tried it - says cannot undo the restriction - brand new phone - tried three times no luck. Any suggestions?
In the instructions it said try once and once only! Did you get "cannot undo restriction" after the first code?
First time - No code error - so redid as thought I had entered code incorrectly! Third try was cannot undo restriction. Sorry have I hardlocked it?

Mandy, To save yourself some money as the mobile is new take it back to where you bought it and get a new one. Just make up some excuse, but do not say you tried unlocking it. Then come back here and we will unlock it for you! Good luck Regards
