unlock nokia 6010

    please help to unlock my cell phone .

    Make/model phone: nokia 6010
    IMEI #:010418008617021
    Country the phone is locked in: usa
    Provider the phone is locked to: my simcard says ATT WIRELESS. now ATT bouoght over by cingular.

    1. how do i know for sure where it is locked ie cingular or att ?
    2. how do i know,how many attemp still i am left with as i have already tried to unlock my hone .
