UNLOCK NOKIA 6010

I'm not sure how active this forum is but this is what I got
Nokia 6010
IMEI 0150558001238158
it was formerly CINGULAR
I have a new SIM for US Mobile

somehow I got an unlock code 313206741134000
took SIM out entered #pw+313206741134000+1#

nothing really happened
I put the NEW SIM in and i get 'Phone restricted'
I chose the undue ( only) choice and my new provider said i need to enter PUK 73168467
- code error
try: 80840483
- code error

so I rread in this forum ' enter code above"
so i entered 313206741134000
- code error
then i tried with the string of alphanumeric #pw+313206741134000+1#
- code error

I'm in an endless loop

if I remove the battery it says 'insert SIM'
when i inset the SIM i get ' Phone restricted'

THOUGHTS ???
