IMEI: 010768000454793 , CAN ANYONE GET THE UNLOCKING CODE FOR ME PLEASE!!!

 

I tried using these codes on my 6061 and it didn't work. Then I tried going to a website to buy the unlock code and there was a disclaimer saying not to use it if you've already tried unlocking the phone. Am I out of luck now? My IMEI # is 010715/00/338660/3. Any help would be appreciated!
