Sorry mate but it sounds like someone else has already tried unlocking your mobile.

Take the mobile to a shop to get it unlocked directly with hardware.

Fyi , Altough it said restriction cant be off I tried to put in a sim card of another network and it worked !!!

Any learnd explanation ?

It means one of two things mate the mobile was already unlocked or the correct code was given, but code error or a similar message popped up. Some mobiles are just funny like that.
