Country the phone is locked in - Australia
Provider the phone is locked to - Optus

When you ask what company the phone is locked to do you mean the company it was bought to or the company my sim card is with. The company i needed to give you is Telstra. Optus is the company I am with. Sorry for the confusion. I have no Idea about these things if you haven't already guessed!!

 

The sim card that works on your phone at the moment is the company that the phone is locked to.

The only way to unlock your mobile is to take / send it to a professional unlocker or a shop that offers a direct unlocking service.
