unlock nokia 6101b

i have my usa nokia 6101b
the earlier service provider was t-mobile
imei : 357064000500467
i want to use this mobile in india with service provider bsnl.

please help me for the same

but i'm sorry to say that the mobile is not accepting the mentioned code.
it is not taking any action on when i type the code

please suggest me remedy for this

 

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK).
