Cannot undo restriction message is displayed, does this mean i can only unlock by the cable? I know a marketplace that unlocks phones for £10, will they beable to do it? Thanks

If your phone is hardlocked, it means that you will not be able to unlock it with a code. Your phone WILL still work with the Service you have now. It will work.
