6280 is a BB5 phone and cannot be unlocked by anyone but the original service provider. Thank you for code, but unfortunately this code is not working, it was a message cannot undo restriction So it means that is hardlock. I tried before to unlock the phone 4 times usung the codes from forum.
Yes, I'm affraid your mobile was already hardlocked before you tried my code, you sometimes only get 3 attempts till the mobile is hardlocked. Thanks for letting me know
