Unlocking a nokia 1600?!

    Hi,
    I was wondering if someone could help me unblock my nokia 1600?

    Nokia: 1600
    IMEI: 352292019009197
    Network:Meteor - Ireland
    Country: Ireland

    I've already tried #pw+9054948545 +1# but couldnt type in the last # .. tried twice

    I'm in France at the minute does that make a difference - I want to put a french sim in my phone...
