Unlocking a Nokia 6010

    I am new here, could someone please tell me the entire procedure to unlock a Nokia 6010 without a cable and perhaps with in case it was attempted before I received the phone??? It has an AT&T sim card in it, I bought it as unlocked, but it says "Phone Restricted". Thank you so much for your help. Gale

    I need to unlock my Nokia 6010 from T-Mobile to Cingular.
