6280's can not be unlocked by anyone online.

i've been in couple of stores that sell & fix phones,
they r dealing with this unlocking stuff... and they dont have a clue
is there any way to change the imei no' of a device?
is there any way that i will be able to use that phone?

Any good phone place will know what you're talking about when you talk about a DTC4 box unlocked phone...
