Phone was turned off for a few hours. Now pin is blocked and it saying 'Enter PUK Code'. Can anybody help me as it is my husbands phone and he is in hospital using MY mobile.
obviously the sim/fone is in your husband's name if it was in your name you could ring up and ask for the PUK code (the provider)o2 vodafone, whomever your provider is Also when you got the sim card you would have got a card with your pin number on it on that card is the PUK code aswell, use that to reset your pin to whatever you want now it happened to me a while ago while my partner was away with family the only option i had, was to get my sister to pretend she was my partner and give the usual security details to get the "PUK unblocking code" NAME,ADDRESS,DOB,ect.. not that my partner would have minded but it is illegal to do it that way another way is to go on line if you remember or get the original pin and get it from your husbands on line account which everybody has with the provider now im not telling you what to do but it is only a 2 minute call for whom ever makes it!! PS: hope your husband makes a full recovery also it is not a majour thing to do to a fone
