Unlocking Nokia 6230

    Trying to unlock my 6230, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    IMEI: 3533 7200 5923 848
    Network: Cellular One (Highland Cellular USA)

    Not really sure if anything else is needed. If so please let me know. Thanks again!

    Try a different sim first before entering any codes. Cellular One is known for selling unlocked phones.

    Tried a couple of different ones, and it is locked.

    Try only once. This is a very hard provider to unlock from.

    Ok, I entered in all that, and after pressing the last "#" symbol it just sat there, didn't do much of anything. THoughts or suggestions? I am not worried about trashing the phone, I just got it and made sure I could return it in case it does screw up. Thanks!

    1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
    2. Press the UNDO option
    3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
    4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
