hiya, i've looked at other posts and the codes don't work so i thought i'd make my own; its a nokia 6230i on the orange network UK used in London imei is 0670400363563 and i would like to unlock it to work with a spanish movistar sim card hope you can help! many thanks Elle
hey, hope u dide try ny of the codes on the other posts u saw cause they wont work, eack unlock code is based on 3 things the IMEI number of the phone the country it's in and the network it's locked to even if u come accross aphone exactly like yours same make and model and locked in the same country and network like yours the codes wont work cause each IMEI is different and unlock codes are based on that if u tried other codes and u saw cannot undo rstriction that means your phone is now hard locked and if u got code error that means it's thw wrong code bu your phone isnt hard locked...yet hard locked means that you've used up all your free tries- phones usally have about 3-5 tries- after that the only wat to nlock it is via unlocking cable hence the term hard locked sadly to say my codes arent 100% guaranteed to work, so i wont bother trying to unlok yours. best advice i can give is take it to the mobile provider who it's locked to and request that they unlock it after all it is YOUR phone and u DID PAY for it and u did get a receipt for it. take it to the provider and make the request they had no right to lock something that didnt belong to them in the first place. best of luck skylineGT
