unlocking orange 6230

    Hello there,
    I am trying to use a new sim card in holland. I have a 6230 nokia mobile purchased in the uk on orange contract, although i am not 'in contract'.

    number that i think you need is:
    355039008896424

    REALLY hope someone can help, please?
