i was thinkin bout tradin my xbox for 20 bucks but this thing is srewed up. is there any way i can just delete all of the softmodded stuff? i tryed to uninstall and delete every thing but i think im taking many steps backwards. so, plz help me
Need more info dude! What's wrong with the Xbox!? Uninstall softmod is covered in my tutorials! I would also NEVER trade my Xbox, especially for $20! Turn it into a media centre! I'd die without mine! Look up XBMC on google to why!
what i wanted it to do was just stop the evolution dashboard from coming up but when i tried to uninstall the mod it said there was a file missing. NOw cause i was gettin mad i deleted some files and it comes to an error screen with all the funny letters!
For safety sake, make a backup of your eeprom from the EvoX dashboard. Then FTP into the console and keep it safe on your PC! My tutorials can then explain the numerous ways to restore the HDD. GET THE EEPROM NOW THOUGH!!! (Seriously, don't skip this step!!!))
ok, i had successfully uninstalled the soft mod but the evoultion dashboard comes up and only says launch disk try and system sttings, and i cant get back to the ms dash
If the EvoX dash is still appearing then you have only messed up the drive further, but you have your EEPROM now, right...?
