Okay so i downloaded a modded gears of war 2 iso with invincibility an rapid fire and other mods on it. SO i downloaded it and checked it with abgx and it just told me that the file was modded and that Microsoft doesnt take kindly to it so i burned it at 2.4x layer breaker set. I DID USE VERBATIM only. so i go try it on my xbox and all it says is "play game" and no picture so i clicked A and it gave me the unreadable disk error?. now i thought well f this. so i then downloaded a modded guitar hero 2 with custom songs on it and burned it the same way and it gave me the same error "unreadable disk" when i tryed 2 play it. it shows the picture of gh2 game but does say "play guitar hero 2" just play game" ALL My other iso games that are not tampered with do work on my xbox 360. i downloaded the gears of war 2 from xbox360 iso and it works fine for everybody else? should i replace my laser now or? i do have 1.6 iXtreme installed.. all my other games gave worked except these 2( guitar hero 2 modded iso, gears of war 2 modded iso.
the modded games probobly are missing some things that the security in the firmware looks for or the game size is different than its supposed to be and thats prob the reason why it wont boot
If every game that is -not- modded works and the games that -are- modded do not work, do you really think the problem lies with your 360? Common sense FTW.
