UNREAL 2 BIN PROBLEMS HELP!!

    hi all, i dl unreal 2 install game and all but when it come to load it says Critical Error then there's bad name index and many thnigs if anyone had dl this game and have same problem plz help me

    the game is protected whhat should i do?
    backup ull tell me.. but how im very newb i read the faq and still dont understand anything
