unscrambel chanels

hi can anyone help just got the box super star view 3 got all the channels but cant unscrambel them what am i doing wrong hope you can help

 

Press Menu then 1570
Turn EMU key ON

Exit , exit , exit

 

thanks for this. we have tried but nothing happens. should we be in the main menu

see if u get it this way press ok on parental control go down to second pin and put in 1.6.6.8 see if you get anything then

Yes when you press Menu , you should see a list of options , ignore all that and while Installation is highlighted press 1570 (You wont see anything happen until the digits are inputted) , then you should get into the CAS menu (Secret menu) , the last option should be EMU , make sure it is ON , exit back to viewing

Make sure you do this slowly and point the remote at the Starvi*w and not the TV
