Not sure if this is the current firmware for your burner, try to get the latest firmware if you haven't done so. These are OK, I've burned hundreds of them SONY D21 and I've never had any issue with them regardless. You need to completely wipe out Roxio from your system, it doesn't get along with Nero. Search the net for Roxio zapper and clean it out.
Here (below) is just a recent successfully burned Nero log of mine, you can compare mine to yours and see if you'll notice any differences. Again, all I can say is that you'll need to get rid of ROXIO or update your burner's firmware if only you haven't done so. Perhaps, try another genuine media like the famous YUDEN or Verbatim. I don't know why so many members are having issue when burning with Nero, but so far I've been burning flawlessly regardless if it's Nero Burning Rom or Express or ImgBurn. You can try ImgBurn (another great ISO and VIDEO_TS) burn engine from the greak LUK of DVD Decrypter.
I have always burned these discs at 8x. I believe that 2.4x is too slow for these discs. I would also disable multisession.
Well i did as you said ... and this is the new log ... The problem is solved ... Thanks a lot for your help alkohol !! all i did was just cleaned the lens and tried to brun again .. and it is working !! ty again ...
You're welcome. Glad everything is ok for you. However, I would say that burning at 2.4X is way too low. Again, my recommendation is to always get the latest firmware and burning at 8X.
