I'm getting some pretty inconstent burns with Nero. I'm burning an ISO made a month ago (or so) from a file. I personally did not originate the ISO, so I'm not sure of any specific parameters that went into it. Update your Nero to this stable version, 7.0.8.2 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 DONT be tempted to select the newer versions.
