before I posted this, I searched the forum but I couldn t find an answer to my problem for 1 week I cannot burn a DVD because of this problem . First up, edit out your Nero s/n and I would uninstall Roxio if you still have it as Nero and Roxio are NOT compatable.
no i uninstalled nero then installed roxio after that i uninstalled roxio and installed nero. and i also tried alcohol but it didnt work
