Unzipped rar file results in application file

    When I unzip a rar file (a magazine) the result is an application file, which is not useable. Is there something else I should be doing?

    i think you downloaded the wrong file so might want to retry downloading the correct file containing your magazine.

    I don't think so. Maybe someone out there can explain what is going on? (I used 7Zip, if that helps.)

    Was there more than one file after it was unzipped? You may need a certain type of program to open the file depending on the type of file extension it is.
