Hey gang, after weeks of working I've finally got my jtag running!

I've been running two machines, a virgin machine for online fun with the boys and the jtag for backups that don't require online play.

I've been swapping my player profile back a forth between machines with a usb key, running games from USB HHD and running XeXMenu on the tag.

I've figured out how to copy from USB HDD to Xbox HDD and updated the dashboard to the kinect, and it works!

    So here's my questions:

    1. I don't like leaving the USB HDD on all the time, is it hard to put a new 2.5" HDD into the Xbox case? The programming side, not the physical install. I don't want to frig the whole thing up at this point.

    2. If I install a new dashboard (like freeboot 360) can that frig up my profile when I switch back to my LIVE machine?

Staying on LIVE is the most important part to me and I don't want to push my luck too far. If things have to stay the way they are right now, I'd be perfectly happy.

    Thanks for the help guys.

Easiest approach would be to find a USB HDD that is powered by the USB port itself, then it powers up/down with the xbox. Sorry, can't help you with the freeboot question....
